  The following statements from WT top brass are heard time and time again when a JW child molester is identified. They're beginning to sound like a broken record:

  As Jehovah’s Witnesses, we view child sexual abuse as an especially repugnant wicked deed.

  Child abuse has far-reaching consequences. It a?ects the victims as well as those who care about the victims —their family members and their Christian brothers and sisters.

  A child abuser hurts the child in devastating ways. He betrays the child’s trust, robbing the child of his or her security. Children must be protected from such a wicked deed, and those who have been victimized by it need comfort and help.

  The elders provide ongoing support to any individuals who may have been hurt. In addition, the elders remain alert regarding the alleged abuser to protect the congregation from potential danger.

  My main take-away from this announcement RubaDub is that if newly interested ones are hardly attending the weekend Public Talks & Watchtower Study meetings then there are far, far fewer newly interested ones attending midweek meetings. It has always been the case that weekend meetings always had highest attendance figures. So if weekend meetings are hurting attendance wise...then midweek meetings in a lot of congregations must be a ghost-town...cause not only are newly interested ones not attending...many of the rank & file must be absent as well!

  This is truly something to laugh about!🤣🤣🤣

  For obvious reasons the following announcement is intended for elders only:

  "2. In some most congregations, few newly interested ones are present at the weekend meeting. In such cases, the speaker may adapt the public talk to encourage the publishers in the congregation."

  If there's soo much Gawd-Damn growth in the JW conregatiions...why soo few newly interested ones attending meetings? By this announcement WT, in a way, explains/admits why there's congregation mergers, Kingdom Hall sell-offs and why there wouldn't/shouldn't be hardly any new Kingdom Halls being built.

  This organization shoots itself in the foot soo many times and in soo many ways!

  In paragraph 11 WT soft-pedals huge errors that were made early on regarding the identity of 'The Crowd' by explaining them away as incorrect assumptions:

  "...Of course, that thinking was influenced by two incorrect assumptions: (1) that the great crowd would reside in heaven and (2) that the great crowd would be made up of less zealous Christians."

  Sad but true and very apparent...Gone is the WTBTS' supposed love for God's word the Bible!

  Hotels Deny Watchtower Discount Rates For 2020 Regional Conventions

  the wtbts is not being given special room rates by 2 major hotels at the long beach convention center area for the upcoming 2020 regional conventions & wt is t'd off.

  letters are being read in surrounding circuits and congregations.

  apparently wt is afraid that other hotels are going to blackball them as well.. has anyone else heard this?

  I was told that up to three letters are being read to most if not all congregations in the Long Beach area during this week's mid meeting. One letter is from WT Headquarters...the gist of the letter is that while 'Mother' isn't happy with the hotels for refusing to offer discount rates...WT puts most of the blame on renegade rank & file members who have not been following protocol...but rather have been making their own reservations...not booking rooms from WT's recommended lodging lists. One of the other letters was from WT's Long Beach Convention Committee. In this letter they come down hard on those rank & file JWs for not cooperating...for acting independently, so to speak. The committee says, in so many words, that these JWs have ruined it for everyone else...that the end result will be that brothers and sisters will be forced to book rooms with hotels that are further away from the convention venue.

  My reply to 'Mother' and the Long Beach Convention Committee and anyone else concerned..."Get Over It"!

  WT would do every rank and file member a favor by not offering any explanations or opinions about anything Bible related. One only has to think how for decades WT applied Joel 2 regarding the significance of Locusts...just this year they did a 180° about-face on their previous understanding...what quacks!

  The WTBTS is demonstrating the attitude of someone who has a 'could care less' mindset...James 2:15-17 describes such one in the following way:

  "If a brother or a sister is lacking clothing and enough food for the day,  yet one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but you do not give them what they need for their body, of what benefit is it? So, too, faith by itself, without works, is dead."

  Then too, considering how much money the organization has at its disposal for helping those in need...there is this in 1John 3:17,18

  "But whoever has the material possessions of this world and sees his brother in need and yet refuses to show him compassion, in what way does the love of God remain in him?  Little children, we should love, not in word or with the tongue, but in deed and truth."

  What happens to Bethelites?

  so if someone puts their life into serving the cult for free at bethel, then say after 25 or 30 years they are not able to for one reason or another such as illness, or family issue or old age, does the cult have any safety net for these people or is it you serve until you can't and when you can't you just go away?

  I know of two separate couples who a few years ago were invited to Bethel. One brother because of his expertise in electronics...the other because of his knowledge pertaining to audio. They both felt confident they'd be there for many years to come. Recently, both couples received their 'Dear John' letters stating that because they would soon be joining the over-the-hill seventies club...that Mother would no longer need their services. Mother had one last request of both couples though...that instead of going back home...to rather choose a congregation in the U.S. territory in need of elders. The nerve of Mother the beech!

  PS: Both couples are to fend for themselves...very little if any help offered!
